The development of our prototype torpedo is proceeding nicely. It is waterproof and the head and tail have been bored out to give it the approximate weight needed (this will be fine-tuned in the last phase). Cooperation with the industrial engineering department of the Pelita Harapan University of Indonesia under prof. Joe Kwan Hoei is also a welcome development. Prof. Hoei (and his students) will initially be working on the production of the screws and bevel gears. Yesterday tests were successfully completed with the electronics (magnetic switching). The 3-volt motor used will likely be replaced by a suitable 6-volt motor.
